I live and work from a home office in Manly Beach, Sydney Australia with my wife Lulu and our two young children, Levi 7 and Avalon 3.  I appreciate you visiting this web page to read my short bio and learn more about how I might be able to help you.  I currently run a successful home based business in the Top Tier, Direct Sales Industry and my interests are in Personal Development, Travel & Leisure, Telecommunications and Health & Wellness.  My business leverages off the untapped power of the Internet, email, and the telephone which gives me the flexibility to operate from home or anywhere in the world I choose to be located.  I am only interested in business models that can leverage results through network structures and have revenue models that produce upfront cashflow and ongoing residual income.

I started my business out of a desire to create more freedom in my family’s life, after a successful background in private enterprise.  I realised being around the  kids and spending time with my wife was more important than trading my time for money. There’s no magic to what I do or what I’m accomplishing.  I simply follow a ‘turn key’ system for success and plug into mentors that have achieved the results I desire.  I do however passionately believe in a few things;  Leadership is key to success in business, because people don’t join a business, they join YOU… and, you need to increase your value to serve others without expectancy and the key to this is ongoing ‘continuous education’.  The Internet enables You to quite literally ‘create your own economy’ online and reach a global marketplace of willing Customers and prospective business partners who may see value in your company, products or service.

People who know me, know I’m focused and determined and I often refer to myself as; “one of the most persistent people I know”.  I’m passionate about helping others to succeed and believe to my core, the value of ’servant leadership’ and delayed gratification. These principals go hand in hand because it requires significant ‘emotional intelligence’ to serve others, with the expectancy of nothing in return.  There is an amazing movie called “Pay It Forward” that brings this principal to life that I recommend watching.

So, what’s my background and current situation.  I grew up on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and left school to follow my early passion to be a construction contractor (I have a love for Architecture and Design particularly ‘Palm Springs Modern’).  Long story short by the time I was 34yrs I had worked in most positions on-site through to executive management.  I was identified by ‘Business Review Weekly’ as the; “savvy new breed of property entrepreneur..” as I was at the time the Managing Director of the fastest growing privately owned constuction company in Australia with a dedicated staff of 50 employees and revenues of $50 million p.a in hard dollar contracting.

I married in 2000 and have two incredibly wonderful childen to my gorgeous wife Lulu.  During this period of my life I had a career change into technology (looking at ways to leverage the emerging power of the Internet to revolutionise collaboration in the construction industry) and from there I had a move into the finance markets (all facets of wholesale and retail funding including capital raising and private equity).  So I am a true Entrepreneur, having left employment at an early age and personally founding, funding and managing three businesses in three different Industries, one of which involved capital raising overseas in Silicone Valley. 

So why Internet Marketing & Direct Sales having come from a corporate / successful private enterprise background?

The answer is quite simple LEVERAGE… and if your employed now or in small business and reading this you may get this concept of leverage, (or not) and if you do, you need to seriously look at where you will be 10 years from now if you keep ‘exchanging time for money’. With your permission can I be firm with you?  STOP… what your doing and buy a copy of the ‘Cashflow Quadrant’ and if you’ve got a copy and are still in a J.O.B re-read it immediately.  Very few people will ever be ‘financially independent’ exchanging time for money and that represents almost 98% of the population… so that probably means YOU and most people that you know.

Kiyosaki explains this form of ‘private franchising’ can give ordinary people, with little to no capital to invest, (except for a dream and sweat equity) LEVERAGE to create financial independence… depth and duplication to produce ‘on-going residual income’ is possible via a Network business compensation structure.  This is smart business an very much misunderstood by most (ignorant) people believeing it to be a pyramid scheme or get rich quick… nothing could be further from the truth!  This subject of ‘on-going residual income’ goes to the very core of what is driving me and why I am so passionate about helping other people.  I really want YOU to ‘get this’!

To Live, Love, Learn and Give to your full potential you need to be ‘wealthy’ (in both the emotional and financial bank accounts). Exchanging time for money LIMITS your capacity to create ABUNDANCE

Wealth means TIME and MONEY… and if you want an example of this children spell love; T.I.M.E.  There not interested in your excuses or work priorities they just want YOUR time.  So the real question is, "How much did you give them today…"?

If you have a J.O.B or you are a small business owner or professional, the simple reality is… YOU DON’T OWN YOUR LIFE! The moment you stop working the income stops and this is endemic in Australia and overseas.  The facts don’t lie.  Most people, (which may include you) are 3 to 6 months off bankruptcy if one or both income earners loses their job or can’t work through illness.  The other fact is that 98% of ALL Australians retire on less than $40k of income… and with all due respect, this is probably where you may be heading IF you don’t change directions.

So have you seriously considered where are you heading?

So what’s my point?  We all need a souce of passive income and the reality is most traditional investments , businesses and jobs fail to deliver (and that includes shares, property, bonds and cash).  Where is YOUR passive income going to come from in retirement (and please, don’t say my investment property or superannuation… do the math!)  So I am passionate about living my life with an amazing work life balance, free to operate my business as part of my families lifestyle and filling my days with passion, joy and above all else fun with my family doing the things I enjoy the most (which include just hanging out with the kids, watching movies, surfing, snow skiing and really anything out doors that fills my heart with gratitude for my life).

So what else do you need to know about me; I live two blocks from famous Manly Beach and surf almost everyday (or at least when there are waves).  I am passionate passionate passionate about snow skiing (did I mention I was passionate about snow skiing), I meditate, visualise and exercise daily and I see my kid’s off to school everyday and home most afternoons.  My other interests are sailing, travel and technology.
